First Circuit hears AAP v. Kennedy

The First Circuit heard oral argument in AAP v. Kennedy (No. 26-01503), the challenge to the January 2026 childhood immunization schedule overhaul and the reconstitution of ACIP. The case follows a March district-court stay out of Massachusetts. A ruling will decide whether the administration’s signature vaccine-policy rewrite survives judicial review.
