Food Fix Uncensored — Mark Hyman's 2026 Book
Live fight
Food Fix Uncensored is Dr. Mark Hyman’s revised and expanded edition of his 2020 book Food Fix, published February 10, 2026 by Little, Brown Spark (480 pages), with a foreword by Dr. Casey Means. Hyman presents the book as “an indictment” of a food system he says is engineered for profit at the expense of public health, attributing America’s chronic-disease statistics to what he calls “policy failures by design” by Big Food, Big Ag, and Big Pharma. (All claims are Hyman’s, not the site’s.)
Hyman promoted the book on CBS Mornings on September 17, 2026, a booking described as pointed given ultra-processed-food legislation moving through California at the time. The book is also the main public vehicle for his Food Fix Campaign’s advocacy in 2026; the campaign’s own website was listed as “under construction” as of late 2025, and its 2026 presence operates largely through the book brand and Hyman’s media appearances.
The book positions Hyman’s core arguments — that poor diet is the leading modifiable driver of chronic disease, that ultra-processed products dominate the food supply, and that policy rather than personal willpower is the failure point — for a 2026 audience amid the MAHA movement’s political momentum.
