Required Information

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Response

We review DMCA notices and respond within a reasonable period. Material found to be infringing will be removed or disabled. Counter-notices may be submitted following the procedure set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

RFK Team Report will terminate the participation of repeat infringers.
